Once we have agreed upon your personalized buying plan, we will go to our database of hundreds of hard working families who are looking to buy a home but are being told “no” by the banks. These families have high income and steady jobs, but for whatever reason (past credit blemish, new to the country, etc.) the banks continuously tightening mortgage rules disallows them from being a qualified buyer.
Once we find the perfect candidate, they are pre-approved by our mortgage specialist for the end of the term. They will then move in and work toward home ownership. Our partnership with the Credit Counseling Society of Canada also helps enable our clients to improve their credit, so that they will be sure to qualify for the mortgage at the end of their rent-to-own term.
